Value Proposition and Return on Investment

200 drivers X 30 locations X 20 days per month = 120,000 wireless database entries per month

Total hours per month in productivity/money saving enhancements: 4940 hours/month

With an average of $20.00/hour (or $40,000 per year per employee) calculated, this

solution is offering this customer approximately $1,185,600 in productivity savings in addition to filling a

new requirement from their bank customers. In addition, the courier service charged the bank customer for

access to this information thereby offsetting all set up and ongoing costs of managing this solution.

It is our opinion that for a value calculation to be effective, a wireless software design team truly needs to

understand
and accommodate every detail in a solution such as this. A small design mistake could cost an

account significant losses in
productivity. For example, if we required this field force to add just one extra

step or click to input their
data, this would add over 1 Million extra steps per year (1 click X 200 drivers

X 30 jobs a day X 5 days a week X 50 week/year = 1,500,000
extra steps ). If each step took two

seconds, this is equivalent to over 800 hours of annual productivity lost. The larger the
field force,

the more critical the design becomes.
