All routes, forms, drivers, and schedules were built to be managed centrally. Being that the WAP protocol is
server based, no software was required to be loaded on or managed on the hand set. This made managing new
additions to the field force as well as managing the replacement of lost or stolen phones significantly easier.
For the client side (phone) the program was built to work as a Wizard virtually pushing in order each drivers
routes throughout the day. On the server side [see next page] (Internet browser for the bank and courier
service), all elements of the software were designed to be menu driven; titles for each section of the software
were placed along to top of the application and extensive use of a formal “tab” design (typically found in a
Microsoft Windows environment) were used to help organize and manage the data.
